Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect on titan-media.com, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email, store website, phone number and monthly ad spend (both optional) and message, so we can reply to you.
• Case study form: your email address, to give you access to the video and so Hamza can follow up with you by email. Reply "stop" and we won't contact you again.
• Booking a call: bookings are handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
• Business contact data: if we contact you about our services, we use business contact details from public sources or data providers. You can ask us where we got your details and ask us to stop at any time.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and time of visit to keep the website secure.
• Fonts: our fonts are stored on our own server, so loading them does not send your data to anyone else.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our own ads on Facebook and Instagram. It sets cookies and sends data about your visit to Meta Platforms. The pixel only loads after you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. The embedded Calendly calendar and Vimeo video may set their own cookies when they load. The Vimeo player is loaded with its "do not track" setting turned on.

Legal basis (for visitors in the EU and UK)

• Replying to your message or booking: steps before a possible contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
• The case study follow-up and the Meta Pixel: your consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
• Business outreach, website security and logs: our legitimate interests, GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

Who we share data with

We only share data with services that help us run the business: Google Workspace (email), Hostinger (website hosting), Calendly (bookings), Vimeo (video) and Meta (ad measurement, only with your consent). Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and contact details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hamza@titan-media.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
